A 200 baht late check-in surcharge will apply for check-in after 8:00 PM.

Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM. to 10:00 AM.

Dinner should be ordered in advance before 16:00 pm. on the check-in date. (On certain days, the line is rather lengthy.)

The restaurant closes at 09:00 PM.
Food and drinks of any type from outside are not allowed with all cooking equipment brought into the resort (Fines according to the resort's requirements)
We kindly ask that you reduce loud noises
after 10:00 PM.
Pets of any type are not allowed to stay at the accommodation.

When the hotel receives your reservation, the total amount will be charged to your card.
If you cancel your reservation 7 days before arrival, any individual cancellation will be billed at 100% off the stay reserved.
Any NO Show (guaranteed rooms that are not occupied on the day of arrival) shall be invoiced on the basis of 100% of the stay.
