1.Cheow Lan Lake - at Khao Sok National Park is one of the most beautiful places on earth, with over 100 islands with towering limestone cliffs that give the lake its fairy-tale scenery. The lake is also known as Cheow Larn, and gibbons and hornbills are commonly seen in the old-growth jungle trees at the water’s edge. Spend your day taking in the amazing scenery, jungle hiking, exploring a cave, swimming, and relaxing at the floating bungalows.
2.Namtok Dat Far - at Tai Romyen National Park is an area of around 425 square kilometers covering two districts. Such is the density of its forest that the area around Khao Chong Chang Mountain once provided a base for elusive Thailand Communist Party of Thailand at the peak of their activity. The park offers a huge range of plants and wildlife and two major waterfalls - Dat Fa Waterfall (100-meters-high with 10 tiers) and Muang Thuat Waterfall. An endless series of trails lead to tourist spots where you can sit for a while to take in the glorious nature around you. You'll need at least a day here - absolutely wonderful!
3.Bang Bai Mai Village the group are the starting former community of the Nai Bang people. This community had the long history for more than 200 years since King Taksin had
moved troops to attack Nakhon Si Thammarat. Khun Prachan Suek Prachit that was the trusting soldier of the governor of Nakhon Si Thammarat.
He had protected the province in the northern direction. This could see that Phraya Nakhon couldn’t fight with troops of King Taksin. He would order his
soldiers to sail to flee from King Taksin. Khun Prachan Suek Prachit and trusting soldiers and his family had fled to the royal river via Ban Don in order to
go to Chaiya city. But it was appeared that Chaiya city was attacked by King Taksin. Khun Prachan Suek Prachit would have to retreat to the small canal. This
place was suitable for setting the house by there were building of 5 big houses and it was called, “Yai Village”, and it became Bang Bai Mai Sub-District in
the current situation. The Bang Bai Mai community had many canals to flow to come together to be the area that was surrounded by the river as the island. It was
the wetland that had received the influence from both the sea water and the fresh water. Most of careers of villagers would do coconut gardens and the coastal fishing.
4.Khao Na Nai Luang Dharma Park - located in Na Yuan Subdistrict, Phanom District was founded by Phra Ajarn Prai. Phra Ajarn Prai and villagers helped to build a pagoda on the top of the limestone found around the area.
5.Vibhavadee Waterfall - located in Don Sak, Surat Thani This medium-sized waterfall is a favorite venue for local residents to spend their weekends. Vibhavadee Waterfall is composed of four tiers, each one of which is 10-15 meters high and 10 meters wide. A two-kilometer long waterfall is expected to have lots of water even during the dry season. Ideal for a nice dip and scenic sightseeing.
6. Wat Khao Pung rope bridge - was located at the back of Khao Pung temple. This bridge was built since 2003. It was the rope bridge that are used for letting villages for roaming to across Phra Saeng canal. The surrounding atmosphere will be shady, cool among the nature and the mountain. The activity that shouldn’t be missed; is taking the photograph with the rope bridge. At the back of the Thepphitak mountain, will have the aspect liked the heart. If you have crossed the rope bridge, you will meet with many types of fruit gardens. It is the place that everyone can enter to visit and eat it a lot in the friendly price. By it has the rule that; you can’t jump into the river, you can’t swing the bridge, the bridge body can support the weight for 30 persons. You can ride the motorcycle to pass the bridge.
7. Ban Nam Rad Watershed Forest - located in Khiri Rat Nikhom district has become a popular attraction in recent months, attracting at least 1,000 visitors a day. The clear-water pond, about the size of a standard swimming pool, is supplied by a natural spring that the locals also believe to be holy. “We also ask that tourists adhere to regulations which include the ban on food, soap, shampoo and alcohol drinks. Some areas of the forest are also restricted, so as to keep this 2,000-rai forestland fertile and its wildlife and plants protected.”
8. Klong Noi Community - meaning ‘small canals’, is located about 9 km’s north-east of Surrat Thani. The village can be reached by car in around 30 minutes. A better way to arrive is by boat, which can transport visitors from Surrat Thani, down the Tapee river, and into the green and shady canals of Klong Noi. The highlights of Klong Noi Community “Enjoy life by the river, discover how monkeys work with local people to farm coconuts, catch fresh prawns, join local youth in conservation activities.”
9.Wat Phra Borommathat Chaiya Ratcha Worawihan - is the most important Buddhist temple of Surat Thani, and also one of the most beautiful ones. The central chedi in Srivijaya style with its many golden ornaments is even the iconic symbol of the province Surat Thani.
10. Mokkhaplaram Religion Practice Garden Temple - Buddhadasa Bhikkhu, the founder of Mokkhaplaram religion practice garden temple for the place to practice dhamma.
